About the cap

An end cap permanently closes the end of a pipe or fitting. Used at terminal points, test-pressure connections, and future branch locations (temporarily capped). Stronger than a blind flange for buried or inaccessible locations.

Factory-Made Wrought Buttwelding Fittings

Covers the full range of industrial butt weld fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, caps, returns) in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel from ½" to 48" NB.

Schedule wall: STD / XS / XXS plus full SCH range
Radius: Long Radius (LR) 1.5D and Short Radius (SR) 1.0D elbows
