What we do
We supply piping components to refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants and to the paper, food, FMCG, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biopharm, fine chemical and personal care industries: sectors that between them demand very different things of the same component.
Alongside manufactured fittings we hold a working inventory of specialty-grade pipe, fittings (IBR and non-IBR), valves and fasteners. Our quality assurance team reviews every specification against the order with the sales staff before despatch, so what arrives is what was specified.
Response times are set against the requirement rather than a standard service level: a turnaround enquiry and a scheduled procurement package are not the same problem. We would rather earn repeat business than close a single order.
