How we work

What happens after you send it

No portal and no automated quotation engine: every enquiry is read and priced by our sales team.

  1. You send the specification

    Component, size, grade, standard and quantity, or a drawing, isometric or bill of materials, which is easier for both of us.

  2. We review it

    A sales engineer checks the specification against what we manufacture and what is in stock, and comes back to you on anything ambiguous.

  3. You get a quotation

    Grades, availability and pricing against the standard you named, with the documentation you asked for priced in rather than added later.

  4. We make or despatch

    Manufactured at Haridwar or picked from the nearest warehouse, inspected against the order, and issued with its certificates.

Worth knowing before you write

One-off items as well as projects
A single replacement fitting for a shutdown is a normal enquiry. Stock is held at warehouses in several locations across India partly for that.
Multi-grade orders stay together
Stainless, alloy, carbon, duplex and super duplex are all worked in-house, so a mixed bill of materials does not have to be split across suppliers.
Non-standard configurations
Miter elbows, lateral tees, barred tees and fabricated spools are made to drawing. Send the arrangement and we will tell you what is feasible.
Documentation is priced in
Say what has to arrive with the goods (MTC, hydrostatic test, IBR, PMI, third-party inspection) and it is quoted from the start.
